- Clients must opt-in to receive SMS appointment reminders and other informational text messages from us. This consent is obtained during the scheduling of appointments.

- During the appointment scheduling process, clients will be asked if they wish to receive SMS reminders for their appointments.

- Clients can opt-in by checking the appropriate box or giving verbal consent during phone scheduling.

Late Cancel and No Call/No Show Policy

 

 Purpose

To ensure the efficient use of appointment times and provide the best possible care to all clients, our practice has established the following policy for late cancellations and no call/no show appointments.

 

 Policy Details

 

1. Late Cancellation:

- Definition: A late cancellation is defined as cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice.

- Fee: A fee of $75 will be charged for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

- Procedure: If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online scheduling system.

 

2. No Call/No Show:

- Definition: A no call/no show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any notice.

- Fee: A fee of $75 will be charged for any appointment that is missed without prior notification.

- Procedure: If you miss an appointment without notifying us in advance, the fee will be applied to your account and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

 

3. Exceptions:

- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency or situation beyond your control that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We may waive the fee at our discretion.

 

4. Payment:

- The late cancellation and no call/no show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before the next scheduled session.

- If you do not have a card on file, the fee must be paid in full before you can schedule or attend future appointments.

- We will send reminders for scheduled appointments via email or text message. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive these reminders.
