Trauma/PTSD

Experience the Leading Treatments

EMDR

Re-process and Recover

Trauma can leave the nervous system stuck in “threat mode,” even when you’re safe. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel more like something that happened in the past—not something still happening now. As treatment progresses, many people notice fewer triggers, less emotional intensity, and more relief from intrusive memories, nightmares, and body-based anxiety.

TF-CBT

Unlearn Negative Beliefs

Trauma can reshape core beliefs: “I’m not safe,” “It was my fault,” “I can’t trust anyone.” TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) helps identify and challenge these beliefs using evidence-based tools, coping skills, and gradual exposure to trauma reminders in a safe, structured way. Over time, this can reduce avoidance, improve mood, and rebuild confidence and safety.

Processing Therapy

Take your Control Back

PTSD often creates patterns of avoidance, hypervigilance, and painful beliefs about yourself, others, or the world. Trauma-focused processing work helps you make sense of what happened, reduce shame and self-blame, and loosen the grip of fear-based reactions. The goal is to reclaim control—so trauma stops running your attention, emotions, and relationships.

Brain Spotting

Harness your Mind

Trauma lives in the body as much as the mind. Brainspotting is a focused approach that uses eye position and attunement to access and process trauma stored in the nervous system—especially when talk therapy alone doesn’t reach it. Many clients find it helps with intense emotional activation, “stuck” reactions, and somatic symptoms like tension, panic, or shutdown.
